I was in charge of the entire video edit in Premiere Pro with team members contributing different sections. My section (3:55m) was the main prototype display and I achieved it using an iPhone stock image with app screen mockups overlaid and then a green screen hand video to press the various app buttons. The section was rendered against a wood background and overlaid with explanatory text.
